We're a small, agile team on a mission to make personalized coaching accessible to everyone. The Role: Your Mission
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated UGC (User-Generated Content) Lead Intern to build and spearhead our content strategy from the ground up. This isn't a typical internship where you'll be giving easy task with no value. You will be the driving force behind our brand's voice on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube. Your mission is to create engaging videos that inspire people with our vision, and manage a pipeline of authentic, engaging content that shows the world what Ascend AI is all about.
This is a unique opportunity to own a critical marketing channel, see the direct impact of your work on user growth, and help shape the voice of a rapidly growing startup.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy & Ideation: Develop and execute a comprehensive UGC strategy to increase brand awareness and drive app downloads.
In-House Content Creation: Act as our primary in-house creator, producing original, on-brand TikToks and Reels to test new concepts and engage with our community directly.
Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and build genuine relationships with micro-influencers, content creators and motivated university students who can create content in the self-improvement, productivity, wellness, and career development niches.
Content Management: Manage the end-to-end content pipeline, from creating content briefs and negotiating deliverables to providing feedback and ensuring timely posting.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with creators to develop compelling video concepts, hooks, and storylines that align with our brand and resonate with their audience.
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (views, engagement, clicks, downloads) and report on the performance of UGC campaigns to inform future strategy.
Trend Spotting: Keep your finger on the pulse of TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, and formats, and find creative ways to integrate Ascend AI into the conversation.

If you really love doing content that users can love and show potential, there will be possible option to go full time with significant equity stake where you can get more than 250,000 in the first year with working less than 9-5.

Previous experience with influencer marketing or managing brand partnerships.
You live and breathe social media. You are a power user of TikTok and Instagram Reels. You intuitively understand what makes a video go viral and what makes a brand feel authentic.
You have a creator's mindset. You have experience creating your own short-form video content (please share your portfolio or personal account!). You know how to craft a good hook and tell a compelling story in under 15 seconds.
