We’re seeking a Marketing & Community Engagement Manager who will own the brand voice across all platforms — driving strategy, creative execution, and authentic community connection through social media, events, partnerships, and storytelling.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a creative strategist with strong social media expertise who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, brand identity, and local engagement. You will lead all marketing and community initiatives — from high-impact social content to experiential events — that elevate RAE’s brand presence and grow our loyal patient base.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
- Maintain and evolve a consistent luxury brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, photography, video, and branded content.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine long-term brand positioning and voice.
- Oversee visual storytelling for digital and in-clinic materials (ads, brochures, event collateral, etc.).
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Create and oversee daily and weekly content calendars (including graphics, reels, stories, before/after posts, testimonials, and educational content).
- Optimize platform performance using analytics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Write engaging captions and calls to action that reflect the RAE brand tone.
- Partner with providers and team members to feature authentic content that highlights patient experience, team culture, and new services.
- Manage influencer and brand ambassador collaborations, including outreach, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Stay current with trends in aesthetics, beauty, and wellness marketing; experiment with new features and formats.
Community Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute local community events, patient appreciation nights, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
- Represent RAE Aesthetic as a confident brand ambassador at public and partner events.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and wellness partners.
Partnership & Influencer Development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary businesses (salons, fitness studios, boutiques, etc.).
- Develop co-branded campaigns and cross-promotions that expand reach and drive conversions.
- Manage influencer and micro-influencer collaborations; measure impact on brand awareness and engagement.
Marketing Campaigns & Analytics
- Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social, Google Ads, email, print).
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, event ROI) and create leadership reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to refine future marketing strategies and improve efficiency.
- Manage CRM campaigns to track leads, bookings, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or social media strategy.
- Proven ability to grow brand presence and community engagement through creative digital content and events.
- Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads, including budget optimization and analytics.
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable representing a high-end brand at live events.
- Flexible schedule — some evenings/weekends for events or campaigns.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in luxury, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries.
- Understanding of med-spa services and compliance around patient imagery and marketing.
- Familiarity with Aesthetic Record (AR) or other CRM/marketing platforms.
- Established influencer relationships or demonstrated success building brand ambassador programs.
- Strong creative eye for design, photo/video direction, and brand cohesion.
- Balance of creative intuition and data-driven decision-making.
