We're currently hiring for a Senior Account Executive focused on healthcare and pharma located in the greater Los Angeles area to join our growing Corporate + Public Affairs team.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
  • Act as day-to-day client contact for various projects and programs
  • Be responsible for several ongoing activities touching both internal and external communications
  • Develop and implement internal- and external-facing campaigns and related communications materials such as press releases, website copy, social media copy and employee communications
  • Support various internal communications channels including intranet, employee events, culture initiatives and employee engagement opportunities
  • Create and implement media relations and thought leadership strategies focused on targeted trade, business and national media
  • Contribute to communications strategy planning and development
  • Fully understand relevant aspects of our clients' business, track healthcare and pharma industry trends and generate new ideas to solve communication challenges
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with team members across multiple functions and practice areas within the agency


As a Senior Account Executive, you will need to:
  • Demonstrate a record of success in executing media relations and internal communications campaigns
  • Be comfortable working directly with senior-level/c-suite clients
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal skills, with strong presentation skills
  • Excel at building client and colleague relationships
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of reputation and issues management
  • Be a versatile team player who enjoys collaboration and complex problem solving
  • Be flexible and solutions-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Have a serious work ethic, but not take yourself too seriously
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in public relations, corporate communications or other closely related field
  • Have a four-year college degree in a relevant field of study
