We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our performance marketing and branding efforts, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Job Description:
As our CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximizes ROI. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, advertising, public relations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy, including paid search, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI.
Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Brand Management: Oversee brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels.
Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts to build brand awareness and reputation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
10+ years of experience in performance marketing leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of driving significant growth through performance marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
