Do you have an interest in technological products, and a natural flair for communicating high-tech solutions? Terma is seeking an experienced Marketing Business Partner to support our Self Protection Systems and Aerostructures Business Areas.
Terma is a global high-tech company that develops mission-critical solutions for the aerospace, defense, and security sector. Among others, we have close cooperation with NATO, Lockheed Martin and SpaceX. Terma has subsidiaries and operations in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States.
The Marketing Business Partner will work closely with Product Managers and Business Development representatives to create the right campaigns and sales tools to grow our Self Protection Systems and Aerostructures businesses.
This is an international position, collaborating with Product Management and Business Development both in and outside the US, as well as coordinating production of collateral with overseas colleagues and external agencies.
The position reports directly to the Senior Director of People & Strategic Engagement in the US with dotted line reporting to the Marketing Director in Europe as part of the Terma marketing department with a global responsibility.
Responsibilities
As the Marketing Business Partner for Self-Protection Systems and Aerostructures, it will be your task to:
Drive marketing campaigns promoting specific products or solutions
Arrange production of marketing collateral, including brochures, customer stories, graphics, white papers, web content, etc.
Represent Marketing in product launch teams, and drive marketing aspects of launches
Compose content for Terma’s social media accounts
Draft press releases
Support marketing colleagues from time to time in other tasks such as developing presentations, communication, and ad hoc projects.
Professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in marketing in a B2B/B2G context
Aerospace Defense industry experience a significant plus
Experienced at creating and executing marketing plans and product launches
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Proficient user of MS Office
Experience in a global business is an advantage

The position is based preferably in Warner Robins, GA, will consider Atlanta GA or Washington DC locations
