Client Relationship & Advisor

Job Description:

The Regional Performance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Regional Executive to drive revenue growth, deepening and acquiring client relationships, driving customer experience and operational execution for the defined sales initiatives nationally. Works closely with the Region, Division, and Sales Performance leadership to deliver integrated and impactful solutions, growth, execution and inspection of the sales playbook, and developing relationships with key partners. Evaluate overall effectiveness of sales activities through data analysis and coordination of client sales processes and activities. The successful candidate possesses the ability to drive the end-to-end process and management of new hires, recruiting and developing talent, mentoring, training and coaching sales teams to improve sales performance. This position works to identify, develop and implement solutions/strategies that address key business and life priorities. Reports to the Division Performance Executive.

Specific responsibilities include:
o Development of strategic and tactical plans.
o Enhancement of marketing initiatives.
o Growth, execution and inspection of the sales playbook.
o Acts as liaison with product partners to develop and measure shared goals and sales plays.
o Conducts performance gap analyses.
o Assesses training needs and works with SBB Readiness partners to deliver relevant training curriculum that develops sales effectiveness skills for Small Business Managers and Specialists.
o Lead, coach, and influence Small Business Managers and Specialists.
o Champion for financial planning and relationship sales process.
o Support sales management in executing sale force growth plans.
o Administer superior sales supervision/practices in the market.
Required Skills:
o Small Business acumen in Portfolio Management and Client Management
o Strategy, operations, sales model and product knowledge
o Strong business, analytical and financial experience
o 3+ years leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams within the financial services industry
o Proven ability to drive integration across products and drive results through superior delivery and sales management
o Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/clients
o Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels
Desired Skills:
o 5+ years of experience in commercial lending including financial credit analysis, loan structuring, underwriting and portfolio management
o Client relationship management experience
o Small Business acumen desired (strategy, sales model and product knowledge)
o Demonstrated associate coaching and development success
o Root cause analysis and action planning
o Pipeline development and management
o Mid-level MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and WebEx experience
o Virtual and in-person experience delivering training / skill builders
