Requirements
The Role:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the architect of our marketing strategy, spearheading initiatives that promote our unique offerings to a diverse range of clients. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling bids and proposals and nurturing significant industry relationships. This includes:
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with our core values.
- Creating compelling bids and proposals.
- Leading marketing efforts and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the execution of successful campaigns.
Your Responsibilities:
-Prepare detailed proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
-Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and company practices.
-Manage and organize SF330 resumes and data.
-Coordinate with other marketing professionals to submit timely proposal submissions.
-Identify proposal opportunities both from Government and Private sectors.
-Maintain personnel resumes documenting educational achievements, professional development, and project experience including client references
-Develop, maintain, and make readily available all information regarding the project experience of the firm and its employees as support to business development strategies
-Build inventory of typical marketing items
-Create and maintain content for social media, ads, brochures, posters, and other required marketing materials
-Engage actively in networking events, possibly managing exhibition booths.
Skills Required:
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
-Strong technical writing and communication abilities.
- Experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the construction industry. Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Washington DC/MD and VA area.
-Balance multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met with high-quality outputs.
-Experience interacting with government officials at all levels.
-Membership with the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
-Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to work independently.
-A passionate, solution-driven problem solver who loves to take charge.
-A knack for maintaining rigorous attention to detail even under tight deadlines.
