Company History
Founded in 1999, Elevation Marketing has become a leading B2B ONLY marketing agency based in the United States. The agency is based in Gilbert Arizona and does B2B marketing throughout the globe. The agency was purchased by the current ownership group in 2012 which has provided the agency with additional growth capital and the stability of being connected to vast financial resources not traditionally found with small to medium size agencies.
Elevations current client roster includes 80 companies, with 45 of those companies having revenues over $1B annually. The agency also works with a variety of other small and medium sized companies.
Benefits
The agency is closed between Christmas and New Years on top of giving employees three weeks PTO a year (gradually caps at four week after five years of employment). The agency also gives employees access to a variety of free professional and college sports tickets, grants two full days work from a month (or four half days), and provides a dollar for dollar 401k match of up to 6% of ones salary.
