We pay 100% of the premiums for life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability and our Employee Assistance Program. Participation in medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts is also offered. These benefits are effective as of the employee’s first day of employment. Additionally, we provide a 401(k) savings plan with a maximum 4% company match and immediate vesting. This benefit is available to employees during the first quarter following six months of employment.
