Company History
More than 40 years ago, a handful of independently owned distribution companies figured out that a collaborative partnership would allow them to expand their services to include large regional customers. Just like that, the core concept of NETWORK® was born: multiple resources, centrally managed, working together to deliver unprecedented efficiency and dedicated service.
Over the years, the alliance has grown to include more than 75 independent distributors with operations in 34 countries. As new members join the network, our collective skill set grows. That’s how NETWORK has become a leading expert in specialized markets such as healthcare, foodservice and commercial real estate.

MMMM achieves new levels of efficiency with NETWORK.
Long recognized for their innovative and sustainable cleaning solutions, Mitch Murch’s Maintenance Management (MMMM) serves more than 300 customers, including world-class organizations like FedEx®. Keeping up with the needs of literally hundreds of unique facilities wasn’t easy — especially when it required coordinating the services of regional distributors from across the country. With a paper-based tracking system and no centralized management structure, it was virtually impossible to monitor the overall supply chain or to negotiate consistent pricing from region to region.
Working with NETWORK, MMMM implemented a new platform that consolidated purchasing activities across all operating regions while introducing advanced electronic reporting capabilities. This created a high level of visibility into the supply chain, allowing MMMM to streamline ordering processes and reduce the overall SKU count by 10%. Thanks to NETWORK’s local market presence in each of the areas MMMM serves, distribution logistics became dramatically simpler. Best of all, MMMM was able to leverage their combined purchasing volume to secure a single, consistent pricing program across all of their regional operations, without compromising the local support they required.
