HealthImpact, a California-based nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the healthcare workforce and improving the health of Californians, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants, agencies, or organizations to develop a comprehensive three-year marketing, communications, and branding strategy.
Scope of Work The selected consultant or firm will work with HealthImpact to:
Develop a three-year strategic marketing and communications plan. Refine HealthImpact's brand positioning and messaging. Increase awareness of HealthImpact and its programs. Recommend strategies to engage key audiences and stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations for digital marketing, public relations, social media, website content, and communications. Develop an implementation roadmap with measurable goals and performance metrics.

Requirements
HealthImpact is seeking proposals from qualified consultants, agencies, or organizations that demonstrate the following:
Proven experience developing marketing, communications, and branding strategies. Experience working with nonprofit organizations, healthcare organizations, or mission-driven clients is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder research and develop strategic recommendations. Experience with brand development, messaging, public relations, digital marketing, website strategy, and social media communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with organizational leadership. Ability to provide examples of similar projects and references from previous clients. Ability to deliver all services outlined in the Request for Proposals within the project timeline. Proposal Requirements Proposals should include:
Cover letter introducing the consultant or firm. Company background and relevant experience. Description of the proposed approach and methodology. Project timeline and major deliverables. Project team and qualifications. References from comparable projects. Detailed project budget and pricing. Any additional information demonstrating the firm's qualifications.
